Dear Curt, I had a Daikin ductless system installed 1-3-17 and wanted to let you know I am very happy with it. It is so quiet and the heat is well circulated. I also wanted to say how impressed I was by your crew. Mark, the installer, was so efficient and was such a hard worker. He was very impressive. Thank you for the excellent service. Randee Dunkel

Hello Rick, Ray and I just want to let you know about how much we are enjoying our new heat pump that you helped us to get through eweb. It is actually keeping the whole house at pretty much an even temperature and we have not had to bundle up like before to keep warm, to keep the electric bill down. We have had extra people staying with us for a little over a month now, so we haven't got the electric bill part of it figured out as yet, but we are So Enjoying the warmth during these freezing days that we have been having. Thank you So Much for your gracious help of getting our new system. We hope all is well with you and yours and wish you the happiest of the holidays, and a great new year ahead.

We LOVE our new ductless heat pump system from The Heat Pump Store installed on June 28, 2016. We recommend them highly. They were professional, reliable, and trustworthy. Rick Gregg, Ductless Applications Specialist, thoroughly explained the system, several manufacturer options, and the rebates available to us. Everything he said was the same in our contract. No surprises. The night before our installation, The Heat Pump Store called to let us know what time the installers were coming. The installer and electrician arrived right on time on June 28. They were quiet, efficient, and obviously knew their jobs. They actually finished early, at 3:30 PM. Rick Gregg came by at 2:30 PM to show us how to work the remote controls and answer any questions we had. He brought a folder with all the rebate information that he had already filled out for us except for our signatures. It was so easy! He had already done it for us and told us where to mail all the rebates. We had a Daikin dual headed system installed, one head in our main living area which cools the living room, dining room, kitchen, and kitchen eating area and a second head in my office which used to get super hot in the summer with 4 computers and 4 monitors going. But not anymore! Both work great and we have used them for over a month now. They are so quiet that we don't even hear them. Our system was very economical with all the rebates from EWEB, state, federal, and The Heat Pump Store available to us. We highly recommend The Heat Pump Store . We are very satisfied with their system, their work, and the entire process. Sincerely, Betsy and Rick Bronson
